| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. | Returns Policy All goods sent to you that are not up to standard or are not in good order when received; will be refunded in full or replaced after return and receipt of the goods to ourselves within 7 days of customers receipt. Goods damaged or not working on receipt must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt, and if goods are received damaged and/or faulty and not subject to (*Clause 2 Below), this must be notified to us immediately by phone and/or by email or at least within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Note: It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that all goods purchased or that have ordered are the correct goods required by the customer, and no responsibility will be taken by MultiMedia Systems for goods ordered in error or not required after they have been dispatched and/or received by the customer. Important Notes: 1. Before returning any goods you must contact us for a returns number, this is important as we cannot take responsibility for goods returned without the prior notification from the customer. 2. We will except goods returned to us within 7 days of receipt (fully boxed with all the instructions enclosed in the original packaging and not damaged in any way) for a complete refund if not satisfied, with the exception of (*Clause 2 below). 3. The return carriage fees are the responsibility of the customer returning the goods, also no original carriage and handling fees will be refunded on goods returned subject to (*Clause 2 Below) or for whatever reason after 7 days. 4. Goods programmed via a computer where there is the possibility that the item can be damaged and/or not with manufacturers original software installed. B. If goods are returned because they were ordered incorrectly or in error (this is the customer's responsibility). C. Customer ordering is responsible for goods ordered and must make sure prior to the order that the items ordered are the correct items required, if not a re-stocking and handling fee will be deducted if goods are returned (see notes above) E. Activated Subscription Cards: The Customer takes full responsibility for subscription cards once they are activated with a provider, MultiMedia Systems cannot take any responsibility for activated subscription cards, as we have no control over any providers package or channel changes and/or a company that shuts down, closes etc, Therfore activated subscription cards cannot be warranted by us and therefore not returnable or refundable under any curcumstances. |
